Tamar Braxton is recovering after a near-fatal incident.

The “All the Way Home” singer candidly shared that she recently survived a scary brush with death after a loved one discovered her in crisis.

“I struggled to write this but everyone keeps calling me and honestly, I can't even really talk anymore I'm so weak,” she explained in a post on her Instagram Stories Aug. 19. “I almost died Sunday. I was found in a pool of blood from my friend with a face injury.”

While Tamar, 48, was fortunate to be found in time, she explained that the effects of the traumatic ordeal have only mounted since the initial occurrence.

“As the days go by the worse it is,” she continued. “I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility.”
