BULLHEAD CITY — Members of the Bullhead City Council, accompanied by a few members of city staff, took a quick tour of the new animal shelter and saw the site that eventually will hold an outdoor play area, thanks to a donation by a local family.
At Monday night's council meeting, about three hours after the tour, council members approved transfer of a little more than $160,000 into the municipal capital projects then authorized naming of the play area in honor of Mackleit family, recognizing the donation following the death of Jeanine Mackleit that will make the construction at the Bullhead City Animal Resource Center possible. ×
