A woman turns to Reddit for support following an argument with her teenage son and his friend after she asked them to quiet down for the night. The 48-year-old mom explains that she works full-time as a nurse and is often exhausted, but still manages to keep her home in order.

“Not a mansion or anything but it’s clean and it’s mine and I like my peace,” she writes. She says her younger son, 16-year-old “Jake,” had a couple of friends over one evening when the situation unfolded.
