David Archuleta is revealing where he stands with American Idol winner David Cook .

The pair competed against one another on the 2008 season of the singing competition show. In the end, David Cook ultimately ended up walking away the winner of season 7 of American Idol while David Archuleta finished in second place.

Despite competing for first place, the pair remained friendly during the season and beyond. Now, each David continues to release music and David Archuleta is revealing the status of his friendship with David Cook .
