Residents in northwest part of city need east-west relief
More relief is coming for congested vehicle traffic in northwest Surprise, but it will bring some temporary restrictions to the area first.
Crews in Peoria have begun installing new traffic signal infrastructure, plus they are adding an additional north-to-west left-turn lane at the busy intersection of Happy Valley Road and Vistancia Boulevard.
It is part of the greater plan to help Surprise residents find additional routes in and out of the Asante and Desert Oasis areas.
