Valve appears to be preparing a brand-new gaming console, called Fremont, which features a custom AMD SoC with 6 cores & a Radeon 7000 GPU.

The device features the "Fremont" codename and makes use of a custom AMD CPU "1772" which is part of the "Family 25 Model 124 Stepping 0" family. This is related to AMD's Hawk Point 2 or Gorgon Point series.
