ATLANTA -- Somewhere in the midst of their crazy 11-10 comeback win over the White Sox on Tuesday night at Truist Park, the Braves created more reason to be excited about what their offense might offer next year.
Drake Baldwin ’s two-out, two-run single in the eighth inning proved to be the decisive blow for the Braves, who were down six runs before constructing a five-run seventh inning that included an Ozzie Albies two-run single.
Braves starter Bryce Elder allowed eight runs over 4 2/3 innings, five of those coming in the fifth. The Braves’ only runs while he was on the mound came courtesy of two-run homers by Michael Harris II and Jurickson Profar.
Profar walked to begin the bottom of the eighth and advanced to third on a Matt Olson double. After Ronald Acuña Jr. was intentionall
