A hospital needs help identifying a patient who was found injured in downtown Los Angeles.

The male patient is around 50-55 years old, according to the Los Angeles General Medical Center.

He was found injured on San Julian Street and has been hospitalized since Aug. 11.

He stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 174 pounds. He has brown eyes and black and grey hair.

He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him or contact loved ones. Workers did not disclose the nature of his injuries.
