Treatment of American migrants is a disgrace

While keeping in mind that the following scenes are being played out throughout America are not a figment of your imagination, consider the reality. Masked and armed federal agents dressed in tactical gear lining the walls and hallways of Federal buildings waiting with little or no regard for due process, to detain migrants as they leave their immigration hearings.

It is of no consequence as to how a Judge has ruled in someone’s case. Migrants seem to be in shock as agents approach; family members might scream as their loved ones are taken away. Each day, dozens of people show up at these immigration courts for hearings and are facing the possibility of being arrested just by showing up. Meanwhile , immigration a
