More than 100 local LGBTQ+ leaders have signed on to signal their support for an LGBTQ+ community center in Atlanta.

Household names and hometown heroes like Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Marlo Hampton and Emmy-winning actor Dyllón Burnside, drag royalty Brigitte Bidet and Pressure K, and advocate like Tori Cooper of HRC and Bishop O.C. Allen of Vision Cathedral have joined the ranks of educators, youth advocates, elected officials, and cultural influencers to rally around the Atlanta Fulton County Recreation Authority’s (AFCRA) study into the feasibility of an LGBTQ+ community center.

The year-long LGBTQ+ Community Center Feasibility Study is an effort, helmed by Project Director Malik Brown, to explore the potential development of an LGBTQ+ community center in Atlanta.
