CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Last November, a crumbling Cincinnati Bengals’ defense desperately needed someone to make a play. Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson had a track record as a big game playmaker, and he put pressure on himself to be that guy. But in some of the defining moments of the Bengals’ season, he just didn’t have it. At the time, he didn’t fully know why.

It turned out that he had been playing through a Baker’s cist on his hamstring tendon. The injury had been impacting him for months. He struggled even getting into his linebacker stance before the snap.
