A Democratic advocacy group is trolling Vice President JD Vance with a mural showing the viral image of his face distorted to look like a giant baby.

FUBAR PAC, a Democratic group working to win back the House of Representatives in next year's election, plastered the bizarre image on an exterior wall at Sulimay's Restaurant in Philadelphia, reported Philly Voice.

"You know who everyone f------ hates?" said Jack Inacker, the founder and executive director of FUBAR PAC. "America's most notorious couch f-----, JD Vance. So we had an incredibly stupid idea: What if we plastered everyone's favorite meme on a wall here in Philly as a reminder of how much this guy sucks."

The mural won't include any other messaging besides the meme, which a Norwegian tourist claims kept him from entering the U.S. after customs agents found an image of it on his phone.

"You can poke fun and laugh at these people and their terrible actions at the same time as bringing attention to them," Inacker said. "I think people are so burnt out hearing the daily slog of how bad things are, and they are very bad. This administration has moved lightning quick to institute terrible, draconian policies that are hurting not only people in Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia. You see the consequences worldwide."

The Fishtown neighborhood restaurant was among several Philadelphia businesses to volunteer wall space for the mural after Inacker put out a call on Reddit.

"Look, we are a city of murals in Philadelphia," Inacker said. "We have beautiful ones across the city. I wanted to add to that tapestry with something incredibly silly, while at the same time, being able to reach people and say, 'hey, these people are actually doing real harm to you, your family and the world.'"
