Former CBS NFL analyst Phil Simms, who won a pair of Super Bowls as the quarterback of the New York Giants, has landed a new broadcasting gig.

Simms has been hired by NBC Sports to call college football games this fall, the network has announced .

The MVP of Super Bowl XXI, Simms will serve as an analyst for multiple Big Ten games on Peacock, alongside play-by-play man Paul Burmeister. Simms’ first game with Peacock will be on Aug. 29 when Illinois hosts Western Illinois.
