Carrie Coon will return to Broadway in the play Bug , written by her husband Tracy Letts .

While Carrie is best known for her work on HBO shows like The White Lotus , The Gilded Age , and The Leftovers , she actually got her start on stage and made her Broadway debut in 2012 in the play Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Carrie starred in that production opposite Tracy .

In addition to his work as an actor, Tracy is the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright of August: Osage County , Superior Donuts , and The Minutes .

Carrie previously starred in the 2020 production of Tracy ‘s play Bug back in 2020 at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago.
