The Portland Trail Blazers’ radio home will remain with iHeartMedia.
The sides announced Wednesday that they have agreed to a multi-year contract extension that will maintain their longstanding partnership, ensuring that Blazers games and other team-related programming will continue to air on Rip City Radio 620 AM in Portland.
“As we start an exciting new chapter, this extension strengthens our ability to connect with fans through additional in-season content and year-round programming, delivering the moments that make Rip City fandom so unique,” Kevin Kinghorn, the Blazers’ Chief Marketing Officer, said in a release.
