Call from a whistleblower

The story first came to light when we got an anonymous phone call from someone we had never met in 2022.

He was a whistleblower who went by the name John Doe for our purposes and for purposes of contacting the Florida Attorney Generals Office, the Governors Office, and the Chief Financial Officers Office through a Tallahassee law firm.
