In an extraordinary session this Wednesday, the National Assembly unanimously authorized the waiver of the parliamentary immunity of Julio César Torres Molina, the main representative for the state of Mérida, who was arrested in flagrante delicto after being involved in crimes contemplated under the Organic Law against Drugs.
