If ticket sales are any indiction, Vermont soccer should have homefield advantage for its NCAA championship title defense during the 2025 campaign.

The University of Vermont sold 1,385 season tickets for the reigning national champions' nine regular-season home games at 2,500-seat Virtue Field, an athletic department spokesperson said Wednesday.

The Catamounts, ranked No. 1 in the country in the United Soccer Coaches preseason top-25 poll , open their season at home on Thursday, Aug. 21 vs. Sacred Heart. Game time is 6 p.m. and will be streamed on ESPN+. As of Wednesday late afternoon, less than 60 tickets remain for purchase for the Sacred Heart tilt. And Sunday's matchup vs. Boston University has already sold out; although tickets are available through seatgeek.com .
