SCRANTON, Pa. — Starting as just steel billets before transforming to its final form as powder-coated artillery shells, Senator Dave McCormick got to see the whole process from point A to Z, during a tour of the General Dynamics Scranton Army Ammunition plant.
"Critical to our national security. It's critical to Pennsylvania's economy, and Pennsylvania should be at the forefront of this new money and these efforts," said Senator McCormick (R), Pennsylvania.
