The Missouri Department of Transportation will close a section of a side road that runs along Interstate 70 starting Thursday to fill in potholes.
The section of Jade Road between U.S. 54 and Callaway County Route JJ off I-70's Exit 148 will be shut down to fill in potholes.
Local property owners will have access to their driveways, but through traffic has to find a different route, according to MoDOT.
MoDOT said road work depends on weather and that project timelines could change.
