BUFFALO, N.Y. — A night of Disney magic turned into a big mess at KeyBank Center on Tuesday night when a sprinkler burst in the concourse just before showtime.

Fans said the water, and the arena's response, left them with more questions than answers.

Fans were lined up for merch at the Disney "Descendants/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour" when they noticed water leaking from the ceiling. Some say it started as a trickle, then poured out of the lights and sprinkler heads.

Then part of the drywall gave way, sending pieces crashing to the floor just feet from where people were standing. Fans told 2 On Your Side that staff closed the merch tables and pushed people toward their seats, but also said there was no real announcement about what was happening.
