MADISON — A Dane County Board of Supervisors resolution seeking to revoke the license of a troubled beagle breeder Ridglan Farms is continuing to make progress after constituents raised concerns about animal abuse. District 25 Supervisor David Boetcher co-sponsored the resolution along with District 17 Supervisor Dan Blazewicz.

The resolution would formally request the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to revoke the farm's license and place the dogs in custodial care while an ongoing investigation continues.

Boetcher said constituents from his district and others brought forward to board members concerns that the breeder is abusing dogs in Ridglan's care.
