CLEVELAND, OH – Neighborhood Family Practice, a network of local federally qualified health centers, plans to open a new community health center in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood in 2026, the organization recently announced.
The new facility —which will use the historic Northern Ohio Blanket Mills building at 3466 St. Rocco Court — will include a new full-service pharmacy opening in 2027, Neighborhood Family Practice said.
The upcoming Clark-Fulton health center will expand health care services and access to prescription drugs in an underserved area, Neighborhood Family Practice said. The new health center will offer primary care, behavioral health, midwifery and pharmacy services, regardless of a patient’s insurance status or ability to pay.
