HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WSMV) - A Clarksville man is facing charges after he allegedly hit another man with an ice cream truck in Hopkinsville on Tuesday, according to WKDZ Radio.

Hopkinsville Police Department told WKDZ 52-year-old Travis Scott of Clarksville, was driving his ice cream truck down Rodney Drive when 35-year-old Sean Chandler walked into the roadway to get Scott’s attention.

Chandler was reportedly trying to tell Scott to stop cursing at the kids and slow down when he was hit by the truck.

WKDZ reports Chandler was taken to an area hospital for his injuries and a medical issue after the crash.
