The Kansas City Chiefs are giving former second-round pick Skyy Moore a fresh start.

Per NFL insider Jordan Schultz, the Chiefs have traded Skyy Moore to the San Francisco 49ers with a flip of 2027 sixth and seventh-round picks. Moore, who won back-to-back Super Bowls in 2022 and 2023, is entering the final year of his rookie contract.

This was the second notable wide receiver trade that unfolded on Wednesday evening. An hour earlier, the Denver Broncos traded Devaughn Vele to the New Orleans Saints for 2026 fourth and 2027 seventh-round picks.
