A Marlborough dentist is facing charges in connection with using a secret camera he placed inside a toilet at his workplace to record people while they used the bathroom, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

Marlborough resident Patrick Tu Huynh, 35, pleaded not guilty to seven counts of photographing a person in a state of nudity without consent, two counts of unlawful wiretapping and one count of destruction of property during his arraignment Wednesday in Marlborough District Court, according to court records. His lawyer, Attorney Francis Doran Jr., offered no comment when reached by phone that evening.
