Philadelphia police said Wednesday they have made arrests in two domestic-related homicides, including the fatal shooting of 48-year-old Rashida Irvin, the co-owner of an East Germantown spa.

Kyle Irvin, Rashida’s husband, surrendered to police shortly after midnight and was facing charges of murder and related offenses, police said.
