SOUTHERN ILLINOIS — The Massac County Patriots tore through the Southern Illinois River-to-River Conference Ohio Division last season with a perfect 8-0 record.

Massac enjoyed a highly successful campaign last year, finishing 28-9 overall and advancing to the Class 2A sectional semifinals before falling to Carmi-White County.
