BLUE ASH, Ohio —

A new Metro bus route is bringing more access to downtown Cincinnati from the suburbs.

It's one of several changes Metro made to optimize efficiency for riders.

"I just think that more, public transport, options we could have in the city, the better it's going to be, for everybody," says Blue Ash resident Kirt Kisselle.

Kisselle rides the Metro bus to get to his job in downtown Cincinnati.

He says thanks to Route 8, his commute just got a lot more convenient.

"The 8 actually picks up in a more convenient spot than the 3x did so works well for me," said Kisselle.
