BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Public Schools’ new superintendent Pascal Mubenga unveiled his vision for his first 100 days in his new role.

Less than one week after being sworn in, Mubenga presented his 100-day plan at his first school board meeting Wednesday evening.

The plan serves as a roadmap for the first phase of his term, with four key goals:

“I'm not going to copy what I've done in other places,” Mubenga told the board. “I’m going to be busy the next 100 days listening, learning and leading at the same time.”

The superintendent also addressed safety concerns — an issue that drew widespread criticism of the district last school year.
