MINNEAPOLIS -- Shea Langeliers blasted a two-run homer in the 10th inning on Wednesday, lifting the Athletics to a 4-2 victory over the Twins at Target Field.
Langeliers’ second home run in as many nights came on a four-seamer by lefty Génesis Cabrera (0-1), scoring automatic runner Nick Kurtz from second base.
Michael Kelly (3-2) wiggled out of a two-on, two-out jam in the ninth inning to pick up the win. Tyler Ferguson went on to earn his second save of the season.
Tyler Soderstrom homered, doubled and scored two runs for the Athletics, who have won four of their last five.
