Imagine the 1986 classic movie “Hoosiers” being filmed in Canada where production is generally less expensive than the United States.

Or, perhaps worse yet, imagine “Hoosiers” being shot next door in Kentucky, where today’s filmmakers will find more financial incentives than in Indiana.
