Interview with the Vampire is one of two Anne Rice shows currently streaming on Netflix in the United States, and as a bit of a surprise, the second season is coming very soon.

To recap, Netflix first added Interview with the Vampire as part of a big slate deal with AMC in August 2024, and it was only licensed on a single-year basis, and only the first season was added.

As we’ve been covering, though, while many of the AMC shows that Netflix initially picked up in August 2024 have departed, a select few have received extensions in recent days . Some outlets had reported that they’d confirmed with Netflix that Interview with the Vampire was definitely among the titles
