King Charles and Queen Camilla have advertised a new role at the palace for jobseekers with an eye for "complex" issues. In what could represent a golden opportunity for fans of the Firm , the Royal Family website has uploaded a job post for the role of Royal Engagements Officer in the Private Secretary’s Office.

Jobseekers with an eye for "complex and sensitive issues" could land the opportunity to work in Buckingham Palace , planning the King and Queen's engagements for an annual salary of £40,000.

It's a one-year, fixed-term contract, spanning 37.5 hours per week over five days and starting in November. The post states that the "dynamic" team's duties include organising official visits, audiences and speeches .
