The first Women Working Together Breakfast was held Wednesday morning at Lake Superior State University with a special guest, Nikki Devitt, who brought energy, knowledge and compassion to the event that drew 116 women.

The event was sponsored by the Sault Area Chamber of Commerce, Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corporation and Ellis Events and Services.

Devitt is no stranger to speaking in public as she was in the radio broadcast industry before she was named CEO of the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce in 2020, after six years as event and communication director at the chamber.

Tony Haller, Executive Director of the Sault Area Chamber of Commerce, knew Devitt would be a great asset to the event.
