Woman shot, injured at northwest Harris County apartment, 3 in custody, constable says

HOUSTON (KIAH) — Three suspects are in custody after a shooting of a woman in northwest Harris County, authorities said.

Deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office were called to an apartment complex at the 14500 block of Ella Boulevard early Thursday morning. They found a woman with gunshot wounds.

Deputies immediately rendered aid to the victim, applying multiple tourniquets and performing life-saving measures until EMS arrived. She was transported to a local hospital. There is no updated word on her condition, other that she is “receiving care,” Constable Mark Herman said.

Three suspects are in custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deputies said.
