Bradley Cooper’s New York Film Festival closing night gala Is This Thing On? starring Will Arnett will open through Searchlight on December 19.

Arnett stars as a man going through a divorce who finds new purpose on the New York comedy scene, while his wife, played by Laura Dern, confronts the sacrifices she made for their family.

The cast includes Andra Day, Cooper, Amy Sedaris, Sean Hayes, Christine Ebersole, Ciarán Hinds, and Scott Icenogle.

Cooper, Arnett, and Mark Chappell co-wrote the screenplay, and Cooper, Weston Middleton, Arnett, and Kris Thykier served as producers.
