CLEVELAND COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) — Former Oklahoma Pastor James McMillan was arrested for a fourth time after the Cleveland County District Attorney says he violated his bond.

According to an inmate list provided by the Cleveland County Detention Center, McMillan was arrested a fourth time, last Thursday, August 14.
