DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — News 19 is your Local Election Headquarters. One of the biggest races in Tuesday's upcoming elections is the race for Mayor of Decatur.

News 19's Tamika Alexander had a chance to sit down with all four candidates: Billy Jackson, Kent Lawrence, William "Butch" Matthews and Suzie Wiley.

News 19 asked each of the candidates the same four questions.

In the spirit of fairness, News 19 is broadcasting the interviews in alphabetical order. We began with Jackson and Lawrence on Thursday night, but we will be posting the interviews with Matthews and Wiley in Part 2 on Friday.
