TREMONTON, Utah (ABC4) — Details for a public viewing and funeral services for the fallen Tremonton Garland Police officers have been announced for next week.
Sgt. Lee Sorensen and Officer Eric Estrada were shot and killed while responding to a domestic violence call late Sunday night. A Box Elder County deputy, Mike Allred, was also injured alongside his K-9 Azula. Charges have now been filed against the alleged shooter Ryan Bate, and he will have his initial court appearance on Friday.
There will be a joint public viewing for Sorensen and Estrada at Bear River High School in Tremonton on Wednesday, August 27, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
