On Thursday at 10:57 p.m. the National Weather Service released a flood warning valid from 11 p.m. until Friday 3:20 a.m. for Dutchess and Ulster counties.

The weather service says, "Minor flooding is forecast for Hudson River near Poughkeepsie."

"At 4.2 feet, Minor flood stage. Minor flooding of lowlands, boat docks and boat launches. Water covers State Route 213 in Eddyville," comments the weather service.
