RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Reno Little Theater presents a gripping student production of The Third Wave, a dramatization of a real-life classroom experiment that explores how people can be swept up by authoritarian ideologies.

It runs from Sept. 12 to 14 at the Reno Little Theater.

The Third Wave is directed by Bradford Ka’ai’ai and performed by local students.

In 1967, it was originally a classroom experiment conducted by high school teacher Ron Jones. The Third Wave explores the dangerous allure of conformity and power.
