The "It Ends With Us" star is officially returning for her first acting role since her legal battle with her costar Justin Baldoni began nearly a year ago, Lionsgate confirmed to E! News Aug. 21.

The film — titled "The Survival List" — will follow a reality TV producer named Annie (played by Lively), who, against her wishes, is assigned to a new show hosted by a famous survival expert, Chopper Lane.
