Victor Seth Alpher Austin, TX - Victor Seth Alpher, formerly of Niskayuna, New York, passed recently at his home in Austin.

Victor received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his masters and doctorate degrees in Clinical and Experimental Psychology at Vanderbilt University.
