The 154th-annual Jefferson County Fair concluded its events Saturday, including the announcement of this year’s Most Outstanding Exhibitor contestants. The winning youth battled all year in the areas of Ohio Achievement Form, Project Book, species interview, species clinic and showmanship, to earn their title. This year’s award recipients were congratulated by the Ohio Fair’s queen, Amberly Szczerbiak, who took photos with each contestant. Szczerbiak visited the Jefferson County Fair Saturday for the awards ceremony and livestock sale — which is one of the largest events of the week.
