(Reuters) -UBS Global Wealth Management has lifted its year-end target for the S&P 500 index to 6,600, citing corporate earnings strength, easing trade tensions and expectations of interest rate cuts.

UBS had previously projected the benchmark index to hit 6,200 by the end of the year.
