A Texas man was arrested in Haubstadt and charged with DUI.
Gibson County 9-1-1 received a report of an intoxicated person in the drive-thru of Wendy’s on Wednesday night.
The caller stated that the vehicle left the parking lot headed westbound without the headlights on.
While speaking with the reporter, dispatch was able to provide the Texas License plate number.
A deputy located the vehicle at the Baymont Inn and found the driver, 35-year-old Matthew Olguin.
After failing a roadside sobriety test, Olguin was taken to the hospital for a medical clearance.
He became agitated and began to yell multiple times after being told to stop.
Olguin is facing several charges, including DUI and disorderly conduct.
