A series of bus routes in Plymouth are set to be extended. Four more routes are to benefit from an improved service following funding from the Department for Transport.
From Sunday, August 31, service 14, which connects the city centre and Derriford Hospital via Devonport , Keyham and Beacon Park will also run on Sundays and bank holidays.
From Sunday, October 26 the service 42/C will run more frequently on Sundays and Bank Holidays, with a bus every 15 minutes from the city centre to Derriford Hospital.
And from Monday, October 27 the service 16 between the city centre and Kings Tamerton will extend to St Budeaux Square on weekdays (excluding bank holidays).
The council said this is in response to requests from residents for a link between Kings Tamerton and St Budeaux and wil
