WARREN Police in Warren and Howland are investigating after multiple break-ins were reported at both Insight-owned hospitals in Trumbull County this week.

At least two break-ins were reported at Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull in Warren, and two more were reported by Howland Police at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.

The first report from Insight Hospital & Medical Center came to Warren Police Monday, August 18 when a staff member found that his safe had been broken into by an unknown suspect.

Police say 1,216 OxyContin pills were missing from the safe. The Ohio Pharmacy Board and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) have been notified and are investigating the theft.
