OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - One person has been taken into custody after a man was found dead in Southwest Oklahoma City Thursday morning.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to the area of SW 36th St and Parkview Ave at around 9 a.m. Upon arrival, they found the victim, 35-year-old Omero Quinonez, shot to death in the bed of a pickup truck.

Officials say Quinonez had been involved in an argument with 25-year-old Tyler Waterman when the shooting happened.

Waterman left the scene but was later found and arrested in Moore. He has been booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a murder complaint.
